Just what, he does not know yet.
October 17, 2007 | 8:05 AM PSTThe creator behind BioShock spoke with Games for Windows Magazine saying that they are now looking into downloadable content for the title but are still uncertain what the content will be.
"Diablo II, to me, was a great model for an expansion, because it enhanced the original game, but also extended the game, too. I'm not a really big fan of expanding things just by linearly adding to the experience, adding a new campaign, as much as I am of enhancing the original experience and adding replayability to that experience," Ken Levine said. "I think that certainly BioShock's combat experience is great, but it could be broader. I'm a little more confused as far as how to expand the narrative experience."
Though Levine says he is not sure what the update will contain, he does hint that "a lot of plasmids got cut" in the original title. Additional plasmids were also rumored when a few forum posters found code on the game disc that featured numerous names for plasmids that were not in the game.
AMN will keep you updated.

Editor's Take: I read an article about this on 1up and they said that BioShock doesn't lend itself well to a second playthrough. I strongly disagree with that because there are many different routs to take in the upgrades system as well as in the story, whether or not to save or kill the little sisters. Levine seems pretty serious about the DLC and it should be good either way.
