Playing fighting games on a controller is bad enough to begin with, but the Xbox 360 controller's lousy d-pad has been giving hardcore fans of the genre headaches since the console released. It's terrible.
Thankfully, Arcade-in-a-box has heard the screams of frustration, and has come up with an answer. As of now, they are offering Xbox 360 owners authentic single and dual-player arcade sticks. At $149 for the bare bones version, they're pricey, but hardcore fighting fans will probably agree that its a small price for online dominance once Virtua Fighter 5 hits.
Editor's Take: Thank god. We don't think we could have put up with that damn mushy d-pad for another second. With Virtua Fighter 5 and Street Fighter 2 HD on the horizon, not to mention Soul Calibur 4 and Street Fighter 4 in the distant future, serious fighting fans should think about investing on this professional-grade equipment.
