An XBLA game that's a cross between Roulette and Crappes can be played to earn money for Fable 2, then transferred over. Co-op anywhere, at any time,

Peter Molyneux demonstrated a bit of Fable 2 today at Microsoft's GDC keynote. What was discussed was the importance of money, which can be earned through various jobs and gambling. An Xbox Live Arcade game named "Keystone" will be released a few weeks before Fable 2. This game can be played over Xbox Live, and any money earned in it can be transferred over to Fable 2. Neat, right?
The game itself is a cross between Roulette and Crappes, according to Molyneux. "You'l be rich before you start playing the game," Molyneux joked.
In addition to this emphasis on cash, there'll be co-op options available over Xbox Live – at any time during gameplay, a friend can join you. Any experience or money earned by the joining player can be brought back to their own single-player game. Unfortunately, though, a traveling friend can not bring their dog to alongside them when joining others' games. In addition, any players that joins the game can affect the game world, just as the already inhabiting player can. Meaning that, if your friend decides to take action against residents in a village, you'll still be held responsible.
We'll have more on Fable 2 when it's available.
