An excited "Gee whiz!" likely rang through the halls of your house this morning when you stumbled upon Kombo's UbiDays coverage. "Shaun White, Beyond Good and Evil, Raving Rabbids, and Prince of Persia? This is the best day ever!"
But no, my dear reader, this most certainly is not the best day ever.
For you see, Sam Fisher was not at the show. Huh, he was? No, you're thinking of this guy. Sadly, Sam Fisher was mysteriously absent, his latest game, Splinter Cell: Conviction a no-show.
Where is he? No one knows for sure, but a rumored return to the drawing board may have something to do with it. If Ubisoft decided that Conviction was Fisher's figurative bad hair day, they could very well have trashed all previous work on the game and began anew.
But hey, don't start with the waterworks just yet. For all we know, Sam could be lying in wait, ready to burst from cover at E3. It's anyone's guess at this point.
