Jade Raymond Presents: I Am Alive

Ubisoft's plans for E3 seem to include a new title from Assassin's Creed creator Jade Raymond, titled "I Am Alive."
To be released in the US and Europe on March 31st, 2009 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC, I Am Alive will be developed by Darkworks, known for their title Cold Fear.
I Am Alive is dubbed a survival game which takes place after an Earthquake strikes Chicago. Like Mirror's Edge from EA, it will be a first-person adventure without heavy weapons usage. Ubisoft aims to have a lengthy trailer (about 14-20 minutes) at E3, though it won't be in playable form; for that, the Games Convention in Germany may be a more likely candidate.
