You should probably free up some space on your Xbox 360s because the Skate 2 demo will be rail sliding your way this Thursday, January 8. Taken right from Xbox.com, you'll not only be able to try out Skate 2 a full two weeks before it releases but you'll also be entered into a draw for a chance to win a ton of prizes made up of Skate 2 skateboard decks and Microsoft points. While this contest only confirms the Xbox 360 demo, I'm guessing that a demo for the PlayStation 3 version will also be made available on the 8th.

Until then you can ease the pain of not playing Skate 2 by checking out Jeff Rivera's preview and curse the fact that he actually did get to play the game!
