No HDMI, No Avatar

In order for the 3-D effects of the video game to function properly you will need a few things. First off, you will need a 3-D enabled TV. What the hell is that, you ask? Well, honestly, I have no idea. It's news to me that these even exist. Okay, so step one, buy a new TV. Next, you will need a copy of the game and 3-D glasses. This seems fair. I am assuming that the game will come with glasses (perhaps I'm being optimistic). Finally, you will need your PS3, 360, or PC hooked up to it's display via HDMI. This shouldn't be a huge problem for most gamers. Unless, of course, you own an earlier version of the 360 that doesn't support HDMI. In case you forgot, there are no HDMI ports to be found on the launch version of the 360. So, potentially, you may be required to purchase a new TV and a new console in order to play this game. Maybe I'm pre-judging this game a bit harshly, but I have difficulty believing it will be worth all that.
