Media: Super Street Fighter IV - Screens/Art, Juri Google Theme, and Why a Korean Fighter was Added
September 30, 2009 | 6:05 PM PST

Super Street Fighter IV has been officially announced, but it seems no one cares much about the triumphant return of Thunder Hawk; rather, the character everyone is discussing is the South Korean newcomer, Juri.
Kotaku reports that according to Producer Yoshinori Ono, the president of Capcom took note of the lack of any such nationality during the development of the arcade version of Street Fighter IV. Furthermore, players from South Korea had often wondered why other fighting franchises, such as Tekken and King of Fighters had Korean competitors, but Street Fighter did not.
So, basically, Juri's addition was to address this, and help extend the appeal of Street Fighter IV even further.
Over at Capcom*Unity, it is pointed out that the new challenger has also been accepted into the growing family of iGoogle themes, and you can get hers here.
And last, but not least, you can find art of both Juri and Thunder Hawk in our gallery below, along with eight new screenshots featuring the two in action, and the game's logo for safe measure.
