Michael Pachter Expects Microsoft's Natal to Cost only $50

Gaming's favorite business analyst Michael Pachter is back with more predictions, and this time they concern Microsoft's and Sony's motion controllers. According to Pachter's Podium, Natal will undercut the PlayStation's motion controller - which Pachter calls the "EyeWand" - with a shockingly low price tag of $50.
"I think that Natal will cost $50, as it only really involves a camera (a three-lensed camera, but a camera nonetheless). The EyeWand, on the other hand, involves a camera and two controllers, so it may be slightly more expensive. I would be surprised if the EyeWand retails for more than $100. Neither impacts the other, as neither is intended to compete with the other," Pachter wrote.
While I'm sure we can all agree that $100 is much too expensive for Microsoft's camera-based motion controller, is $50 too low? I'm having a hard time believing that Microsoft will sell this new technology at such a cheap price. Then again, I'm not the analyst.
