Halo: Reach has been quite hush hush since the game was announced. Next to nothing is known about the game and Halo fans are eagerly awaiting to hear and see anything about Reach.
Recently Bungie conducted a group-wide multiplayer play test at their development studio. In classic game developer fashion they of course are not going to be talking about that play test, but they will tease us about it. IGN spoke with a few of the Bungie team members after the test and got the following tease
So what exactly did we play? Something you would expect, something you should expect, and something so new it came with instructions. And yes, David Allen, I did make sure to pop into the [redacted] to check out the new [redacted]. And why yes, it was sweet.
Not being the biggest Halo fan (only because the crosshairs aren't in the center of the screen and that bugs me beyond belief for some reason) it sounds very interesting. It requires instructions, which makes you think, how big of a drastic change are they talking about? Personally I hope it changes quite a bit and isn't just the same old Halo. It can still be "Halo" but be drastically different and potentially even more awesome. Let's just hope its not the same old same old. What are your expectations for Halo: Reach?
