After taking some time to make renovations in the Sprint Theater (God bless virtual product placement!), Microsoft's free-to-play (if you have Xbox Live Gold, that is) trivia extravaganza, 1 vs. 100, will make its long-awaited return on November 19th, according to Gamerscore News.
While you can expect the same fast-paced trivia action, hosted by the appropriately-named Chris Cashman, plenty more changes will be added for the new season. In the main game, being chosen to take part in the Mob, or being the coveted "One" will now entirely depend on the player, being derived from a player's round score, week score, and score for the entire season. The "One" will also get more time to shine, striking a pose and walking the ramp before taking their place at the podium.
Also, some changes will be made to 1 vs. 100's Extended Play as well, with each weeknight featuring a new episode of trivia with a specific theme. Some upcoming editions include, "Finish the Lyrics", which entirely features questions where players must guess the last part of the song lyric shown. Also coming soon are "80's", which gives questions from everyone's favorite decade, and "Vampires", where players can prove how much they love Dracula, True Blood, and...yes...Twilight.
Of course, winners will receive good ol' Microsoft points. The season is set to last for 14 weeks, and more details are forthcoming.
