While we've known about Microsoft's upcoming Wireless-N Adaptor for some time now, Microsoft officially confirmed the device's release date today. That release date? Well...it's today.
The adaptor, which works with all wireless 802.11n protocol routers, will replace the current 802.11b/g router. It features twice the range and seven times more speed, allowing for flawless connections over Xbox Live.
The new N adaptor retails for $99.99. As for the b/g router, Joystiq reports that it will be dropping to 79.99, while supplies last.
