Call of Duty is not a series known for its memorable characters, as they all have a habit of dying at some point in the game. But it looks like Infinity Ward is onto something special, or they just smell money, in the Ghost character from Modern Warfare 2.
Craig Fairbrass, the voice actor who plays Ghost, was at the MW2 UK launch event when he explained that there are already plans to expand on the character. "I did in the last game a voice for a character called Gaz and in this game I'm now voicing a guy called Ghost, who now just got a spin-off comic of his own and they're talking about another little game to go with it," he said.
Asked why Ghost was getting all this attention, Fairbrass replied, "I don't know. It's the whole thing I suppose of not knowing who he is. He's like the head of the SAS and… I'm just so thrilled to be a part of it, I mean it just gets bigger and bigger each year."
Do you think this new "little game" featuring Ghost is just going to be a DLC pack, or maybe something that'll show up on XBLA or the iPhone?
